General Questions

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 12 months warranty on every watch purchased through our site. The warranty applies to the mechanism(movement) only. This does NOT cover any issues that arise from mishandling, water, wear and tear, scratches, etc. The warranty is valid on the moveable parts internally only and will be determined by our certified watch maker.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx to approved FedEx locations. Please see our Shipping Policy or FedEx website to determine if your country is included in the list of approved countries.

How can I pay?

You can checkout simply through our homepage. We offer a direct wire transfer option, all major credit cards through Paypal and Amazon Pay, and a Third Party Financing Program through Affirm.

What is your return policy?

We will allow returns if you notify us within 24 hours after the receival of the watch. We will only accept returns if the item is in the exact condition as when it was shipped (must be unworn, if stickers were intact they must still be in the original locations and never removed, etc) and refunds will not be given until the watch is received back and carefully inspected. The cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer which will be withheld from the refund amount. All watches will be thoroughly inspected upon receival to make the determination if the item is eligible for a refund. If we feel the item has been worn, the item may be subject to a partial refund, with the expenses of turning the item back to the original condition, on the buyer.

How quick will I receive an evaluation?

Our watch experts usually gets back to you within a few hours, as we’re a global business, sometimes it can take up to 24 hours.

How is my purchase offer determined?

We first of all look at the overall market. There are certain things that can give you more money for your watch. If the watch has any protective stickers on it, if the watch never been sized, if the Crystal and Bezel is in perfect condition.

What if I decline the purchase offer?

That's absolutely okay. We always aim to give a competitive quotation but sometimes the seller might want to keep his watch. No hard feelings and we hope to have the chance to quote you once again when you’re ready to sell.

Can I negotiate my purchase offer?

Usually our offers are firm unless there is any other information we receive. Such as the watch has stickers or is unsized. If you’re looking to trade up to another watch from us that can help you get more for your watch. We will always try to work with you and appreciate your business.
